But Titanium steel has less ductile strength (flexibility) and can become brittle in some applications. So we start with a strong, high-carbon steel shaft manufactured for superior ductile strength and braze it with Titanium to get the best of both worlds: an incredibly sharp and hard cutting surface on a drill bit with some 'give'. This set includes sized bits 1/16 to 1/2-inch by 1/64ths, lettered bits A - Z, and numbered bits #1 to #60.
